The Sixth Man – March 06 Main Slate – NBA DFS GPP

60

Hello Playmakers, and welcome back to The Sixth Man Value report where we look into the daily slate for value to ensure that you have enough flexibility with your lineup construction in tournaments. NBA is always changing, therefore we need to be on our toes more than ever in this day and age for the sport to be effective. Let’s keep grinding and see what’s available today!

Josh Okogie (DK$4100 | FD$4100)
Last week I went with Juancho who went off against Orlando. I know he will probably be highly owned here due to recency bias, but that moves me to shift focus to another player who had a great game against Orlando, and that’s Josh Okogie. Okogie is great on the defensive end of the ball and offers upside through is peripheral stats. He’s not there yet offensively, but has shown flashes. He has 30FP upside in this match-up, so for the price, I’ll definitely have shares to allow me as much freedom as I can with my line-up.

Chris Chiozza (DK$3000 | FD$3600)
Atkinson seems to like what Chiozza has been doing lately. He has seen 24 and 20 minutes since being called up from the G-League. He’s a great ball handler, and has been an effective pairing on the second unit with LeVert. He’s an excellent passer and I think will work well tonight against the Spurs who are notably bad against opposing guards. He definitely comes with some risk, as we have only seen two games from him recently, but I think that his play has been competitive enough for Kenny to keep the young kid in the rotation for a bit longer.

De’Anthony Melton (DK$4400 | FD$4500)
Melton has shown signs of improvement since joining the first unit. Tonight he’s going to have a chance to square off against an injury riddled Maverick’s back-court. He contributes all around on the floor, so his peripherals are enough to make him fairly safe at his price. What I hope for from a GPP play would be for him to get in an offensive groove and give us his 40FP upside that he has shown in small flashes this season.
