Game Theory :

Patriots

Much of the dismay to “DPA GODFATHER” Alex Krall (A well-documented Giants homer) The Patriots are favored heavily in this matchup. Normally in a game like this you want to stack RBs and defenses due to suboptimal conditions. I believe that you’ll need to run with that correlation in your lines this week. This awful weather projection has me fading all deep threats in the passing game, instead focusing on short targets to guys like Julian Edelman and James White who can make their impact closer to the line of scrimmage. This strategy should go overlooked by the fish you’ll be up against in tournaments.

Giants

In a week where everyone and their grandma is on the injury report for the Giants, there are many holes to be filled. The three places I am looking on the Giants is at a contrarian play, and two fill-in players. You can consider the Giants defense, who have been very stout against the run in 2019 (12th in the NFL) in a defensive stack in order to be a bit contrarian as everyone else will flock to having copious amounts of New England Patriots! The other two plays I like are the Giants current TE1 for this week, Rhett Ellison, (only $200 on DraftKings) who has some upside with Engram out, and UDFA out of Boston College, Jon Hilliman who will be playing in front of a lot of buddies from his college days. Hilliman is projected to see at least 15 touches in this game, but maybe more given the state of the weather.
